It must be summer, daylilies are blooming. And, it certainly feels like it today with the temperature expected to break 100 degrees in Wichita, Kansas. We have been lucky so far. Kansas seems to have gotten a respite from the drought this year. All of the rain and cooler temperatures have made for a bounty of blooms this spring. Of course, the abundant moisture has also brought sticky humidity and mosquitoes which have been rare over the past few years.
